The Science of Sourdough
Since 2025, we've remained dedicated to the artisanal science of sourdough. Our bagels start with our bubbly active starter- "Doughlene." They then undergo a slow fermentation process, developing that signature sour dough taste and golden, blistered crust. It's traditional craft for the modern morning—available for convenient local pickup or limited delivery.

Our bagels are free of preservatives, which means they won’t keep as long as store‑bought varieties.
We recommend enjoying these bagels within 4 days of receiving them. If you do have leftovers, they freeze very well. Simply place them in a parchment paper lined freezer bag or container to enjoy them at a later date.
On Days 1 and 2, these bagels are perfect toasted or untoasted. By Days 3 and 4, a quick toast brings them back to life. Because we skip preservatives, they naturally have a shorter shelf life than store‑bought bagels.
